Eddy Ricci

Eddy Ricci, Jr., CFP ©, has been labeled as “the emerging expert in developing Gen Y professionals” by the chairman of Publicis Kaplan Thaler (Ad Executive responsible for Aflac Duck and Toys 'R Us jingle campaign). He is the founder of The Growth Game, LLC., a professional development company and has authored The Growth Game: A Millennial's Guide to Professional Development.

Eddy currently works with a number of financial planning firms in the northeast in a unique- training and development program. He has arguably worked with more Gen-Y financial professionals than anyone in the country. He is a certified coach and specializes in helping professionals develop sales skills, leadership approaches and implement business development activity systems.

In the past, Eddy has worked with HBO, various publications and founded Big Hope Films, Inc, a non-profit film project which helped young adults suffering from a chronic illness to use their imagination to create a story that would be brought to life by upcoming filmmakers. The project connected an award winning screenwriter and director to work with the young adult in creating a script, storyboarding, casting call and being onsite to help direct a short film. The project premiered in the 2009 Rhode Island International Film Festival.

Eddy holds his Certified Financial Planner (TM) designation with the CFP Board of Standards and also has his Chartered Financial Consultant degree from The American College. He possesses several FINRA investment and supervision licenses as well. He is a graduate of New York University and is a member of the NYU Young Alumni Leadership Circle. He is married and currently resides in Rhode Island.
