Edeke Lokaale Christopher ( 22)

Christopher is a student at Kenyatta University (KU), pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering and is expected to graduate in 2018. He is a member of the Engineering Students’ Association- KU, where he serves as Deputy Secretary General, responsible for organizing inter department technology challenges, sports and other co-curricular activities for the University.

In addition to the above, Christopher is a student leader in Turkana County Students’ Association, as well as a Brand Ambassador at Africatalentbank.com (ATB), a company that Prepares, Positions and Transitions students from Campus to Corporate life. ATB also hosts events which include: Graduate Careers Fairs as well as Entrepreneur Bootcamps, where key speakers have included: Bob Collymore (CEO, Safaricom), Kunle Awosika (Country Manager-Microsoft Kenya), and James Mworia (CEO, Centum Investment).

At ATB, Christopher is jointly responsible for the company’s monthly Facebook Data Analysis where he analyses the statistics for all weekly posts on the company’s page.

Christopher also enjoys networking, organizing events and is a volunteer at The Rotary club.
