Namaste! I am a Certified Meditation Instructor, Holistic Life Coach & Energy Healer, working through my internet-based company, Evergreen Eden LLC. I have education, experience, and/or certifications in several modalities, including:

Currently I'm working on finishing my Master Certifications in Reiki, Yoga and Integrative Nutrition.

I greatly enjoy learning universal truths (of course!) and applying what I discover to my own life... creating simple steps to make them stick... and then sharing it all with my students and clients!!

I love writing, nature hiking with my family, and all of God's creations. My home is filled with rocks, animals, and some very happy houseplants... along with my soulmate hubby, our three amazing kids, and lots of laughter. <3

My overall focus and intention for myself, my family, and my tribe is to help them co-create their wildest dreams and live their Dharma (spiritual life purpose) to the very fullest. :)
