Ed Swailes
Ed Swailes is an exceptional Market Development Specialist. Having served as Publisher's Representative with American Visions Magazine, a national publication housed at the Smithsonian Institute for 15 years, Ed established himself as the "go-to" guy for advertising and sponsorship development. With American Visions Magazine as his first client, he successfully launched The Syndicate, Inc with a focus on the travel and hospitality industry. Later he added corporate image enhancement in for automotive manufactures, luxury retailers and diversity campaigns to the company portfolio. In 2000 The Syndicate was retained by the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition to help launch and serve as the Publisher's Representative for the Rainbow/PUSH Journal. The Journal's readership encompassed congressional, state and municipal elected representatives along with influential civic and corporate leaders. Currently, Ed continues to prospect, close and retain A-List corporate sponsors and advertisers by engaging their senior executives and advertising agencies for: The Crisis Magazine-Official Publication of the NAACP, PowerNetworking Conference, Soul Food Museum Tour and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and National Sports Authority.
