I am genuinely interested in exploring how education relative to life's origin, love, family, relationships, career, and compassion contributes to successfully living life informed by Humane Synthesis.

In the above light, though my field is English oral and written communication, major in American Literature, interdisciplinary studies and the outdoors inform my continuing interests in Curriculum and Instruction, Research, Community Engagement Programs, and Quality Assurance

As a teacher in the midst of the foregoing interests, my continuing challenge lies in helping learners capture in writing and in speech their threads of thought as they weave their sense of self, nation, and world community--even as they move on towards a more technical grasp of business or occupational matters to make a difference in the world.

In that space or site where I locate myself as a facilitator of learning, I am either inertia at rest or in motion, keen to the nuances of who my listeners are, navigating through the dynamics of effective communication and content--always endeavoring to evoke in them wonder, curiosity, and desire for more education and the benefits it brings on behalf of both themselves and fellow human beings.
