Edgars Cinins

Edgars Cinins is the dedicated Managing Partner of Neck Systems Inc. CInins received a B.A. degree in Law from the University of Latvia back in 1997 and has since spent the past two decades working in finance and high-level management positions. After working for various financial institutions for over a decade, Edgars transitioned into management positions with different companies across Latvia. In 2016 Edgars began conducting business in the United States and founded a software development and distribution company called Neck Systems Inc. Today, Edgars Cinins is focused on what’s to come from his many businesses across the world.
