I am surrounded by beautiful women! I am blessed with four AMAZING daughters and a beautiful partner who are SMART, FUN LOVING, COMPASSIONATE, LOYAL and incredibly GORGEOUS!. They are the apple of my eye, the delight of my soul, and I will cherish and protect each of them forever.

I also love the international shipping industry and have devoted my professional life to it. From the beginning of time people have traded goods and services. Everyone likes to trade, to exchange ideas and to create business opportunities an important by-product of which is improved living standards. Ships crossing oceans help make this possible - and there are an incredible amount of highly trained and skilled professionals interfacing with enormous machinery to make the worlds trade work seamlessly behind the scenes. As a member of Maersk's senior leadership team I head up Labor Relations, Contract Negotiations, Crewing, Payroll and have P&L responsibilities for our fleet of over 50 U.S. flag ships. In previous positions I have been responsible for Fleet Engineering/ship repair, vessel operations, safety, security, vessel operations and chartering. These activities have taken me around the world many times, and I have found that people are much more the same than they are different.

When I am not keeping up with my job or my beautiful family spread out in Charlotte, Baltimore, Boston, NY, NJ and Fla. I like to go fly-fishing with my "tribe". Trout need cold, clear water which usually means remote and pristine high country. I like to hang out where trout live, and I like it that cell phones don't usually work there!
