Ed is the founder of Leadership Call, LLC an emotional intelligence based performance optimization firm. Leadership Call, LLC works with individuals and organizations to improve human performance through harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI). Ed is a Master Certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant & Trainer. As an EI Consultant he partners with professionals at all levels facilitating their Emotional Intelligence development. Ed also leads EI programs with corporate clients as well as certification workshops credentialing other professionals as experts in EI. Ed has a diverse career background as a U.S. Army Veteran, national level sales leader, and executive recruiter.
