Edikan John is a graduate student in the School of Collective Intelligence at Université Mohammed VI Polytechnic(UM6P) in Morocco, focused on facilitation, digital/participatory democracy, cooperation, structured dialogue, and the design of processes that improve collective decision-making and group outcomes.

His academic interests center on how well-designed interactions, dialogue, and deliberation can be supported by technology, to enable diverse groups to collaborate more effectively and reach clearer/inclusive outcomes. Alongside his academic work, he partners with organizations to facilitate cross-cultural communication, cultural integration, and linguistic development with a focus on supporting migrants and professionals navigating new linguistic and cultural environments.

He is also currently building Interglott AI, a tech project that leverages Artificial Intelligence to reduce the complexity of cross-cultural communication.
