· Provide strategic advice and implementation services in all areas of event management:
ü Lobbying with key opinion leaders, institutional partners, trade associations and federations
ü Assembling international advisory boards, writing conference programs, identifying and recruiting speakers
ü Writing and supervising marketing strategy, editing websites, brochures, blogs and other communication tools
ü Integrating live/online strategies, managing online communities and social network marketing
ü Structuring sponsorship offering and supervising commercialization plans
ü Implementing strategies and licensing agreements for the internationalization of conferences and trade shows
ü Localizing and bringing existing events to new regions
ü Implementing event metrics to measure program performance and optimize client spend
ü Analyzing portfolio of client sponsored 3rd party events: updating evaluation criteria with current marketing objectives, prioritizing opportunities, realigning overall strategy and focusing client spend
