Ed Ko

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the UVic Gustavson School of Business specializing in Service Management.

Experience working in various client-focused industries such as hospitality, education, travel, tourism, and public relations has allowed me to communicate and build relationships through a customer first attitude.

I love helping people and am adept at interacting and communicating with different groups of people at all age levels and different cultures.

During my university studies I also completed an international exchange in Beijing at the University of International Business and Economics where I developed my passion in intercultural relations and learning about other cultures. I created a song and video about my experience which can be found here on YouTube.

I am interested in opportunities where I can help an organization build a culture of service excellence and make a difference in the world.
