I am currently Chief Improvement Officer of BPE, a Boston nonprofit whose mission is to drive exceptional outcomes for all students by developing great teachers and great schools.I have been an assistant professor of educational administration at Rutgers University, a high school history teacher, and founding Co-director of Summerbridge Portland (a former Breakthrough program).
