Hey there! I recently moved to the Bay Area from my native sunny Singapore, where I started my career as a military officer in the Singapore Navy. Since then, I've been having loads of fun as "the HR guy" - figuring out the best ways to bring out awesomeness in individuals and teams, all while personally riding the waves of rapid organizational change!

I find that I am at my best when I strive to make meaningful and lasting impact on the people, leadership teams, and organization systems that I've been fortunate enough to have encountered throughout my career.

When I can spare a moment (or three), I embark on travel adventures of the "shoestring" or "well-heeled" variety, both with equal gusto. Other stuff that I enjoy typically involves the sun, sand, and sea in some form, like scuba diving and rock climbing.
