Edna's Filipino Cuisine

We are a family-run business established in 1991 by Josefina Plata Austria. Later on, the business was handed down the line and is currently run by Susan Austria-Tadena.

For over two decades now, we have been serving the Long Beach community as if everyone is part of our family. The customers come back because our recipes have always stayed the same. Our menu, however, have recently began to grow for the better.

With the great assortment of food that we offer, it should not come as a surprise that we aimed to include Ilocano delicacies onto the menu. Some of which many demand are the goat entrees. Must try!
