Edneil Bonet

Edneil Bonet is a commercial vehicle operator who has dedicated more than three decades to continuous service in transportation. He began his professional journey in 1991 after completing formal training and has since specialized in freight and passenger transport. His work follows a rigorous seven-day schedule, emphasizing reliability and safety. Beyond his professional life, he is a father of three, a grandfather of five, and recently became a homeowner in Sunrise, Florida, achieving an important personal milestone.

Bonet was born in Miami Beach, Florida, in 1969 and grew up within a household strongly influenced by Puerto Rican traditions. At age three, his family relocated to Miramar, settling into a newly built home that became a lasting part of their lives. His educational experience included attendance at Miramar Elementary, Perry Middle School, and Miramar High School, along with additional schools such as St. Stephen’s Catholic School, Pembroke Christian Academy, American Academy, and The Starting Place, shaping his early foundation and adaptability.

He pursued vocational training as a young adult at McFatter Vocational Center, enrolling in the Commercial Vehicle Driving program. This program provided both theoretical knowledge and practical experience essential for professional driving. Upon completion, he began working in the transportation industry in 1991 as a licensed commercial operator. He has handled freight and passenger transport while maintaining discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational safety throughout decades of uninterrupted service.

Edneil benefited greatly from structured vocational instruction emphasizing logistics, vehicle safety, and preventive maintenance. His training introduced hazard management, weight distribution, and defensive driving strategies while providing experience with vehicle inspections, brake assessments, fluid checks, and recordkeeping. This education equipped him to meet strict licensing requirements and maintain high safety standards throughout his career, ensuring reliable operations while avoiding mechanical issues and extending vehicle life.
