Edrick Lassalle Soto

A member of the American Chemical Society, Edrick Lassalle Soto has broad experience in the areas of account validation processes, customer service, and the management of sensitive personal information. Currently, Edrick Lassalle Soto provides client-focused business solutions for a utility company, managing multiple systems to efficiently respond to customer needs. Additionally, he asks key questions to identify gas emergencies and dispatches first responders when necessary.

Edrick Lassalle Soto holds a bachelor of science in environmental technology earned magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, along with an OSHA 29 CFR 1910 certification. Prior to accepting his current position, he managed inbound calls and supported management as a premier customer solutions provider. Fully fluent in English and Spanish, he acts as treasurer and vice chancellor with a nonprofit organization, where he also organizes fundraising activities and oversees public relations. Outside of work, he stays active through pursuits such as snowboarding, hiking, swimming, and traveling.
