I’m Ed Rodriguez Jr, a licensed professional barber and owner of Ed’s Barber Services in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

I believe in the traditions of classic barbering - quality haircuts, skilled clipper and scissor work, beard trims, razor line-ups, and traditional hot-lather straight-razor shaves. I was privileged to study under the late master barber Tim Hite in Salt Lake City, Utah, whose dedication to the barbering profession helped shape my own approach to the craft.

After years of serving customers in downtown Harrisonburg, I opened Ed’s Barber Services to provide a more personal, one-chair barbering experience. I welcome walk-ins and offer early-morning availability for customers who need a haircut before the workday begins.

For me, barbering is about more than a haircut. It’s about craftsmanship, cleanliness, conversation, consistency, and earning the trust of the person sitting in my chair.

I’m grateful for the customers throughout Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, JMU, and the Shenandoah Valley who have supported me and recommended my work over the years.
