I want every human to have access to healthy food, to know how to prepare it, and to share good food and hard work with friends, neighbors, and family. I create solutions to problems through organic creativity and imagination, marrying long standing wisdoms and modern science and technology.

I currently live in Tampa, Florida where I share my craft with my communty at The Refinery, and have co-founded Tampa Urban Food Forum(TUFF) to promote secure and sustainable local food system, through public events and active community involvement.
