Eduardo Acuna-Zumbado is passionate about learning languages, studying about narratology and digital humanities as well as learning more about innovations in technology.

Eduardo Acuna-Zumbado has published articles about digital humanities and cyberliterature in several journals. His interests are 20th-21st-century Latin American literature, digital humanities, cyberliterature and cyberculture, digital poetics and poetry, narratology, readership in cyberliterature, critical theory and cultural studies, Second Language Acquisition theory, and technology integration in the language classroom.

Thus far, some of his articles have focused on trying to understand some of the challenges that holopoetry presents for readers, finding proto-hypertextual structures or attempts in traditional Latin American texts and presenting some possibilities of interpretation for some innovative hypertexts produced in Spanish.
