Eduardo Fabrega

Born and raised in Panama, Eduardo is a senior at Syracuse University with a lot of passions and goals in his life. Throughout his years in Syracuse, Eduardo got the opportunity to enroll in the Whitman School of Management for a major in Finance, while having a minor in Music Industry. Eduardo has joined various organizations such as the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, The Entrepreneurship Club and the Investment Clubs. Eduardo also had the opportunity to study abroad in London for the spring semester of 2017, which he considers to be one of the best months of his life.
Throughout his life, Eduardo has developed a passion for music, soccer and surfing. As a guitar player and songwriter, Eduardo enjoys listening to a variety of music and play the blues with his guitar. His passion for music goes from 60's famous rock and roll bands to modern alternative bands. His major guitar heroes go from Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer and others. Eduardo formed a band his first two years in Syracuse and had the opportunity to perform in various venues in Syracuse including The Wescott Theater, Schine Underground and other venues in armory square. He developed his talent for soccer once he enrolled in the Syracuse Club Soccer team, which helps him practice and play against other universities in the region. Eduardo is a die-hard Chelsea FC fan, and going abroad to London allowed him to attend two games that were crucial for Chelsea to become Premier League Champions.
When talking about his biggest accomplishments, Eduardo will say that transferring into Whitman is his greatest accomplishment due to the amount of work he put to get a 4.0 GPA that allowed him to transfer to one of the best business schools in the world. Transferring into Whitman allowed him to have the opportunity to have more extracurricular activities in Syracuse while allowing him to build relationships with his classmates. Once Eduardo transferred into Whitman, he had the opportunity to join the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, which allowed him to build significant relationships with his brothers. Eduardo took the role of Philanthropy Chair and innovated the "Phi Psi's Safe Driving Week" following the loss of two of the NY Beta Chapter beloved brothers. He partnered with the National Safety Council and raised $20,000+ in donations from SU students, faculty and staff to raise awareness for distracted driving.
