Hi, I’m Eduardo 👋
I’m currently a Lead Engineer at bol, working mainly with backend systems and JVM languages. I enjoy building scalable, reliable services and helping teams ship high-quality software that actually makes a difference.
My technical sweet spot is Java and Kotlin. Beyond code, I care a lot about positive leadership, mentorship, and innovation — I like creating environments where people feel safe to learn, grow, and do their best work.
Outside of work, I try to keep life balanced. I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, love football, enjoy making music, and I’m always watching a good series or anime when I get the chance.
