Hey, I'm Edu. I'm a University Professor, Sports Scientist, and Sports Coach living in A Coruña, Spain. My interest in exercise and sports science came from years of training and competing at a high level in judo.

I am interested in Exercise Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Exercise's Acute and Chronic Effects, Training Prescription for Performance and Health, and Sports Learning and Performance in Combat Sports.

I am a Sport Director and Head Coach of Judo Hércules, www.judohercules.com. Furthermore, I design and run Strength and Conditioning programs for national and international combat sports athletes. I am also a Scientific Advisor for National Sports Teams.

I like learning and reading about data analysis, especially Excel, R language, and Power BI. I am also a fan of technology applied to sports science.
