I'm a kind of person that sees solutions miles ahead, before other people know there is a problem. When you combine this talent with my impatience for action, you can probably see how formulating answers before others understand the question, leads to puzzling yet amusing situations every now and then.

Most of all I enjoy helping others become excited about their potential. By nature I have a quality orientation that leads me to focus on areas of strength for myself and others. Instead of developing missing skills just to become average overall and miss out on a opportunity to excel, my whole life I've been developing strategies to bend the rules in order to excel in what I do best. In my role as Strategist at StateZero, I focus on discovering what drives people to produce outstanding results in order to position them for success. As partner and creator of TalentBlu’s strengths-based approach to excellence, I focus on discovering and building strengths within teams.

My talents, knowledge and skills are at best use in the front end of new initiatives or enterprises, start-up or turnaround situations. My unconventional approach is most significant to the genesis of a new venture because it will keep its creators from developing deadly tunnel vision. While transforming innovative ideas into immediate action, I could be of huge value to creative and original thinkers, and help them move their ideas from conceptual theory to concrete practice.
