Edward Batko

Edward Batko, Founder and CEO of Logicraft Corporation, leads a highly specialized contract manufacturing company in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. His company is known for precision in machining, injection-molded plastics, die casting, sheet metal, and bearings. With a notable focus on supply chain efficiency, he recently implemented a "Zero Defect Policy" that has substantially enhanced customer satisfaction through the rigorous assurance of product quality.

After arriving in the United States in 1981, Edward quickly adapted to his new environment and accelerated his education, completing high school in two years. He then progressed to the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in two and a half years. His thirst for knowledge continued at Loyola University, where he completed an MBA specializing in International Finance and MIS in May 1992.

His career commenced at BDLS, a CPA firm, where he excelled as a consultant, managing sales quotas and implementing advanced accounting systems. By 1991, he had advanced to managing five retail locations, achieving a significant milestone with $15 million in sales. His role expanded as he took on international project management from 1992 to 1999 at Advanced Systems & Networks, where he spearheaded customer base expansions for emerging technologies and formed a pivotal partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 1999, Edward's career took a strategic turn when he joined PwC as a Business Development Manager. He managed numerous high-value projects and refined project scope and execution. This role was a precursor to his remarkable tenure at IBM starting in 2002, where he served as the Director of Business Development and International Strategic Alliances, managing over 70 projects worth more than $130 million across diverse industries such as retail, healthcare, insurance, and technology.

His leadership was instrumental in forging international teams and achieving significant revenue growth by introducing innovative business solutions and strategic vendor partnerships. Following this, he led sales and development at Aggregate Alliance and engaged in strategic planning with British Telecom to enhance their global technological infrastructure.

In 2008, Edward founded Logicraft Corporation, which rapidly became known for its exceptional precision and reliability in manufacturing.
