Edward Avila

Edward Avila is co-founder of Manos Accelerator. He is a native of San Jose and has worked at high-tech companies in Silicon Valley over the last 20 years as a Human Resources executive. In 2010, he co-founded a startup called myJoblinx which provides the industry’s first employee-centric enterprise solution to mid-level and large organizations. myJoblinx’s cloud solution helps companies improve their employee engagement. In 2012, Edward was featured as a “Game Changer” entrepreneur in the Hispanic Executive Magazine.
Edward has advised and nurtured talent for emerging businesses within corporations. He has a proven track record in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning, staffing, executive coaching, career planning & development, organizational development and talent management. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a BA degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
