Edward Sylvan

Edward Sylvan guides Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc., as chief executive officer. The Vancouver-based company provides independent film distribution and marketing support. Under Edward Sylvan's management, Sycamore Entertainment also purchases film rights that have the potential to reach wide audiences in theaters, on home video, and on cable television. The business has acquired rights to such acclaimed films as The Eye of the Storm and television programs like The Judy Garland Show.

Complementing the above, Edward Sylvan provides a high professional standard of corporate and finance consulting services through his company. Earlier in his career, he worked as director of finance and corporate development with Beco International. Edward Sylvan also served on the Board of Directors with two mining firms: First Narrows Resources and Solitaire Minerals.

Besides his executive background Mr. Sylvan stays active in the local nonprofit community by supporting the Face the World Foundation, a group dedicated to fundraising for philanthropic organizations.
