I was fortunate enough to begin my career with marcus evans sitting in close proximity to Ed, who at the time was Director of Delegate Acquisitions & Relations for the N.A. Summits Division. As a Director, Ed expressed a high interest in his sales executives, taking a very hands on approach to developing skill sets, providing constructive criticism, and leading by example. It is without question having the privilege to work near him and benefit from his feedback, that his leadership played a key role in my development as a sales executive and success in the company.

What I enjoyed most about working for Ed was his positive attitude that was contagious on the floor and through morning meetings. He has this ability to motivate and inspire professionals to work hard and be top performers.

Ed led a team that performed well and delivered big results. Often his teams would exceed monthly and yearly goals. There is no doubt that the positive figures were a direct result of excellent leadership.
