Edward Harrison
My passion is digital design and characters. After working for Glue Isobar one of the top digital advertising companies in London I decided it was time to devote some time to my other interest. So in 2007 I moved to Japan to research characters (plus my wife dragged me there). I've since written, photographed and designed two books on shop front characters and fur suit mascots. I was also lead designer on #quakebook; a Twitter-sourced charity book which raised money for the survivors of the Japanese Earthquake.
I've worked with clients including Virgin Money, Virgin Trains, FSA, McCain, Eurostar, Adidas, Sprite, Mini, Visit Britain, Red Bull and most recently Moshi Monsters. I'm Involved in a variety of work from branding, animation, banner campaigns, microsites, and pitch work.
I also work with my twin brother under the name 'What What'. We often work together on interactive projects, animations, badge and magnet making, and we produce prints.
