Edward J. Stock

Edward James Stock Jr. is a private mortgage lending executive who serves in leadership capacities with multiple New York-based mortgage and real estate investment firms. A member of the American Association of Private Lenders, Edward James Stock Jr. has worked as Managing Partner with Insula Capital Group since 2016 and oversees the firm's activities in regard to originating, underwriting, and funding short-term bridge loans.

Additionally, Edward J. Stock is President of Atlantic Commercial Capital and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Atlantic Home Capital, where he oversees all aspects of mortgage brokerage in the commercial and residential sectors, respectively. For the past seven years, he also has been an active real estate investor who has acquired and sold over $60 million in local properties.

Prior to his current endeavors, he served as a Branch Manager with Apex Mortgage and a Senior Loan Officer and Manager with Dana Funding, where he closed over $75 million of residential loan funding per year. He holds a bachelor's degree in music from SUNY Purchase and completed a marketing program at LUI C.W. Post.
