I have always been a hard-nose working person, always willing to work the odd jobs to make a buck. I was raised in a family where nothing but the bare essentials were provided for me, if I wanted a car I had to buy my own; So I did. I am an obsessive car enthusiast, which is another very unique personality trait that I bring to the table. I drool over the beauty and history of vintage cars. Somebody once told me that in the entrepreneurship world you do not necessarily need to be a technical person, as long as you are able to have a knowledgeable conversation with that person in order to get what you need done. This resonates extremely well with me in regards to my motorsport background. I was not the mechanic on my race car, but I was the driver. In order to go faster I was expected to know how the car works, and be able to tell my mechanic exactly what the car is doing and what, if anything needed to be changed. Without the ability to be a non-technical person and still have a knowledge of the technical side of things can kill a race car driver and his or her team; In my mind this parallels what is necessary for those non-technical people in a start-up, and I am very good at that. Further, if the driver and their team can not present themselves well and show results, there will be no more sponsorship money to keep racing. This again is another wing in the Entrepreneurship world that I have come to know very well.

Everything about Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital excites me. Not because of the money like most people are stereotyped, but because of the visionaries and hustle in the people who are involved in these professions. I love listening to people's ideas and creations, and this is directly related to my interest in puzzles. I love building, networking, putting things together, all fueled by that image in my head of the final product. Solving problems is what I crave, and for me personally there is no better reward than finding a sustainable solution.
