Years ago, I was the youngest person to become an ordained teacher in a 5000 year old meditation practice. And back in those days, I wanted to bring a new perspective to the world of meditation.

I wanted to offer a practical understanding of meditation stripped-back to the ancient practice’s logical, clear, honest & humble roots. The world of meditation needed to more accessible, more transparent, to everyone.

I was frustrated how meditation had become murky & distrusted, and I wanted to change that with being as honest, clear, and rational as I could be. I was intensely passionate about turning the entire western model of meditation around.

... Anyway, I’ve calmed down a little now – yet I still love meditation more than ever. And I still stick to those same principles.

Since the time of my intensive training, I've worked with CEOs, Founders, Artists, Musicians – and spoken at international startup festivals, music festivals, neuroscience conferences, big businesses and co-working spaces.

I'm currently teaching meditation full-time in Berlin, Germany, and all over Europe.
