I have been a Restaurateur since 2007 and grew the business to 5 sites by 2020 (in Weybridge, Kensington & Windsor). After a wake-up call in January 2020, I stepped back from the day-to-day operations and launched a restaurant and business coaching and consultancy called Restaurant Blue Book, along with a blog on the business also.

My interests range from movies to entrepreneurship and my background is in IT (from multi-million GBP projects to web design and development for SMEs) and (mostly themed) event management. I have also been involved in movies and theatrical productions, as well as some modelling for Auto Express. I love the outdoors, psychology, health and writing and have recently taken up running with the C25K. Progress is steady and I am enjoying the good vibes.
