Bishop Edwin Jeffres is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings Christian Center, a new church that’s bringing a whole new meaning to the world of ministry. Bishop Jeffres is a student of Jesus Christ who is committed to building a generation who understand commitment and look to produce a “spirit of excellence.” New Beginnings Christian Center founded in August 2004, which is comprised of a cutting edge body of believers headed by Bishop Jeffres and his wife Lady Theresa Jeffres. New Beginnings is now one church in two locations Foley Alabama and New Orleans Louisiana. Bishop Jeffres with his pertinent, practical, and transparent treatment with the Word, believes in using the Word of God for the progression of believers and the persuasion of non-believers. Bishop Jeffres states that he is humble to have been afforded the opportunity to mentor and father many sons and daughters of the kingdom and which he is now the presiding Bishop over the fellowship of pastors, Covenant Partners International Association (CPIA) which resides under his tutelage. Of his call to ministry, Bishop Jeffres says, “I’m honored to have been entrusted with such a significant mission and I am committed to faithfulness and will not compromise my integrity. My responsibility as a carrier of the gospel is to make full use of his grace and to help as many people to win in this life journey as I can.”
