Edwin Levy
I'm a Senior Counsel, specializing in construction law, e-discovery, and complex litigation, among other areas, at the the New York City Law Department. I joined the department in 1988
I'm a frequent lecturer on litigation, construction and commercial law issues, e-discovery, and sheriff's law. Less frequently, I do talks about food, beer, wine and spirits. I'll leave it to you to guess which I prefer talking about.
I attended the University of Chicago, and Brooklyn Law School. Before that, I managed hotels and restaurants, and thought I really wanted to be a doctor. All of that makes for yet another colorful story. Ask me about it sometime.
When not practicing law, I read comic strips--the more absurd, the better, sail, practice reverse phrenology, and throw amazing dinner parties.
