I have a great passion in life to help those in need. Through my work in the community and my interest in healthcare, I will be able to master most of the goals that I am anticipating for me. Musical theatre has been a pertinent element in my life. I have been able to impact people’s lives positively with my powerful and inspirational performances on stage. I choose to participate in theatre because it gives me a chance to visit the things in life that I would not have done otherwise and it gives me a chance to reach out to the people in my community. I am also grateful for the opportunity to inspire kids with my theatrical experience and prepare them for a life experience of their own. Another goal that I have yet to accomplish is becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I believe that I am being called to field of medicine and healthcare research to develop treatment plans that will be best suited for preventative care in our community. I want to save lives and I want to be that person of whom patients say “This person really cares about me. He took my life into his hands and I trusted him 100% because of the great outcomes that have resulted from his dedication to genuinely practice medicine and care for others.” I am not going into medicine and hoping that people will get sick so that I have a reason to save a life; I am going into medicine to strongly express preventative healthcare so that people will be able to live longer and get sick less than the average ill person in today’s society.
