After my studies Human Resources Management and Organisational Sociology I was active as a manager in the hospitality business for about 2 years. Soon after I started my first business as an Independent Insurance Agent.
I sold this successful business in 2000 to start a new career as Hotel-Restaurant owner in the South of France. This sadly was the start of a less successful period. Near the end of 2001 me and my family had to return to Holland.
I started working in the Insurance business again. With success. After a year I found a partner and started a new business. This business,again,was a big success and evolved into a real estate franchise that has franchise partners all over Holland. In 2007 I sold my share of the company to focus on something new.
As I didn't have any experience working for a large cooperation I decided to give this a try. I started working as a sales manager for ING Group / Nationale Nederland / RVS. In total I managed 3 different sales teams in roughly 3 years. Great experience and I learned a lot about corporate dynamics. However 'entrepreneurship' called again.
I decided to combine my knowledge, experience and energy and started a business as trainer / coach / consultant in Sales & Account Management. I help people to become more effective and successful and as a result also help companies become more successful and profitable.
