He has honed his sales mastery and business execution skills into a methodical art form to build and develop large sales & marketing & service teams to delight their clientele.

Having executed business results in the fast-growth electronics industry and education arena, he shares his systems thinking methodology and human-focused design skills to guide his clients to create unique value propositions, sustain quantum business growth, elevate brand equity and deliver client experience with empathy & excellence.

He supports 3 social causes:

•Children… because they are our Future.

• Education… because it delivers Hope for social & financial elevation in Life.

•'Cancel cancer' so as to raise funds help families and create awareness that there is still not enough resources allocated to support alternative cures for child cancer.

He is actively involved in programs at Junior Achievement Singapore which focuses on showing kids about Future Work-readiness, Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship. He volunteers as a fund-raiser for the Children Cancer Foundation which helps child patients & caregivers to cope psychologically, emotionally, financially in their fight against cancer and in their recovery back to health and normal life. He also starts conversations with teenagers in schools about detoxification from games addiction.
