EEOC OIT

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) at US EEOC, provides IT ops/management services, network infrastructure, customer support, systems development and technical innovation that enable and empower the EEOC workforce. OIT plans, develops, implements, and manages the Agency’s IT and IT Service Management (ITSM) programs, policies, and procedures concerning all aspects of the planning, design, implementation, and utilization of information systems, office automation and related IT resources and services to meet the needs of the Agency. OIT plans, develops, and manages EEOC's IT and telecommunications infrastructure for meeting the Agency's voice, data, video, communication, and automation needs.
