Esteban Fabiani

Esteban has been educated and worked in Argentina, Chile and the USA giving him a unique international exposure. His career has led him to work in diverse fields, ranging from agronomy, technology, accounting, administration, quality assurance to industry, where he has managed complex projects. He has acquired the ability to identify the synergies as well as conflicts that might arise between them. He has experience in planning, operating within the disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which he helped to plan, methodical administration to deadlines, crisis management where necessary and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). His cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of several international languages, has made him extremely competent in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems. He is a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, as an Agricultural Production Engineer.
