Tomi Salesvuo is a musician, producer and pedagogy from Helsinki Finland. Originally born and raised in eastern part of Finland – Lappeenranta. An avid student of the drums since his early childhood, Tomi Salesvuo has mastered his studies at the jazz department of the Sibelius Academy. International collaborations with the likes of Wayne Krantz, Jim Beard and Nils Landgren have also played an important role in Tomi’s development. Locally Salesvuo has played in groups like XL, Bitter Sweet, How Many Sisters & Kirmo Lintinen trio and the Umo Jazz Orchestra. Tomi has performed and/or record with top Finnish artists like Pekka Pohjola, Sami Pitkämö, Mikko Leppilampi, Severi Pyysalo, Jore Marjaranta and Paula Koivuniemi.

Tomi Salesvuo East Funk Attack is his new line up founded in 2013. Tomi is proud to introduce a funk collection of new youngsters together with monster musicians like Marzi Nyman (Guitar) and Roope Löflund (Sax). Debyt album "EFA" was released in Finland September 2014.
