I am the Assistant Director of Research and Engagement at the Baylor University Libraries. In this role, I supervise and coordinate and coordinate training for a team of public services staff, I lead the implementation of current and emerging technology tools and serve as their primary administrator, I coordinate departmental statistics and assist in managing the daily affairs of the department. I am also the primary library liaison to four academic departments, for which I provide services in research, teaching and learning, outreach and engagement, collection development, and scholarly communication.

I am also the founder and director of the Waco Diaper Bank, an organization dedicated to providing diapers to Waco and McLennan county families in need.

I love music of all kinds, going to concerts, playing the guitar, reading good fiction and history, watching sci-fi television, being crafty, learning languages, web-design, photography and travel. I also love anything to do with Bosnia and the former Yugoslavia.

I am also a wife, a mother, and step-mother.
