Ξ'finit is the brand. Eric is the name. I’m an adaptable leader who, over the last 8 years in management, thinks differently about successfully managing the demands of my role, even if they pull me in many directions at once. I’m an ideator who thrives in the context of a process or issue by understanding the root of the matter as the best predictor of future success. I’m an absorbent sponge who likes to ring out my mind by sharing my knowledge and experience in leadership, social media strategy, life and all the other skills I gain along the way. As such, I think creatively and abstractly to come up with new perspectives on familiar topics and make intriguing connections between disparate constructs.
