Emily Fitzpatrick

Hi there! My name is Emily and I’m a Team Lead for ADP RPO. I work closely with Recruitment Operation Managers, CRMs, and RMS to identify the appropriate associates for tasks, share functional expertise (sourcing strategies, recruitment lifecycle knowledge), and mentor/coach recruiters. I am currently partnered with the Hershey Company and recruit IT professionals. In my free time, I’m baking, cooking, sweating in an indoor cycling class, or eating.
