EGAN SIMON

EGAN|SIMON architecture is a firm created from the merger of Phoenix-FTA and JS Egan Design. Lance Simon and John Egan became friends while attending the University of Southern California. After graduation, Lance went back to the East coast and designed notable projects in Ohio, Atlanta, Orlando, and South Florida. John completed several important affordable housing projects in Southern California. Upon winning the commission for Step Up on Vine, a project already recognized for its innovative integration of Sustainable and Supportive Housing features at the 2010 Clinton Global Initiative, John and Lance decided it was time for a new image.
