My name is Mustafa Egemen Şener. I was born on February 15, 1963, in Pötürge, Malatya, Turkey, as the fourth of six children. I completed my primary and secondary education in Malatya between 1970 and 1980, and later pursued a degree in international trade in Ankara. It was during my university years that I met my wife, and together we have built a family with four wonderful children.

I began my career between 1990 and 1995 in South America, working in the shipping and iron industries. During this period, I contributed to the region’s maritime infrastructure through shipyard projects in Brazil and Argentina. In Uruguay, I established strategic partnerships that boosted local employment and significantly improved the area’s logistics capacity.

Before the war in Ukraine, I was involved in a range of infrastructure, energy, and housing projects throughout the country. In the post-war era, I actively supported Ukraine’s reconstruction through investments in social facilities and energy infrastructure—efforts aimed at long-term sustainability and community resilience.

In response to the shifts in global markets following the Covid-19 pandemic, I redirected my focus toward investments in the shipping and iron industries in Hong Kong and the Far East. I have continued to shape my business activities around emerging opportunities in the post-pandemic economy, with a strong commitment to contributing to the growth of trade and development in these dynamic regions.

I am often described as an innovative and visionary leader, deeply committed to my cultural values and to maintaining a strong family foundation. My disciplined approach to business has allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional endeavors and private life.
