In the seven years I have worked with a school district, I was honored with Eight Emmy Awards. This is a tremendous achievement and one in which I am most proud. Two films were awarded in the Documentary/Historical/Cultural Category, two in Informational/Instructional and one in Public/Current/Community Affairs.

As a member of the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and Texas State Public Relations Association (TSPRA), I have been awarded many awards for video production and graphic arts. I have also been acknowledged on the floor of the Texas Capitol for my video programming achievements.

I am self taught filmmaker. I believe everyone has a story and it is up to me to give that story life through film. I am currently working At The Harris County Department of Education a Video Production Specialist. This position opens a new door for me to take film and educational stories to the next level. It is a journey I am most excited about and very accepting of the challenge it holds.
