Professionally, Uche is a Google Certified Digital Marketer, a skilled Affiliate Marketer, and a Computer Engineer with extensive expertise in Human Resources Management, specializing in capacity building, recruitment, and training. As a facilitative manager, he currently oversees operations at De Aftermath Consults, driving organizational success through strategic leadership.

Beyond corporate endeavors, Uche is a serial entrepreneur with a keen eye for opportunity. He is the Founder and Director of Excellence Global Resources, a premier paint production and distribution company based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, delivering top-tier finishes for residential and commercial projects across Nigeria. His ventures also extend to computer sales & maintenance, wallpaper installation, house painting, and general contracting, reflecting his diverse business acumen.

presently, Egwim Uche Vincent is the managing director of Excellence Global Resources, a paint producing and distribution company based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State with a branch in Enugu State.

When not building businesses, Uche enjoys cycling, chess, Monopoly, and Scrabble. He is also passionate about fitness, cooking, and mentorship, dedicating time to inspire the next generation of leaders.
