I have more than 24 years of progressive experience in contact center and e-channels business and payment gateways from being an agent to consultant and professional trainer.
Most of my experience is in setting up and managing Banking Contact Centers and digital channels services.
During my work experience, I was invited as Speaker and Panelist in several forums in the region. Also, I conducted several training programs and road show sessions that included Call Center Management; Quality Measurement; Customer Service; Inbound and Outbound Communication Skills; Quality Monitoring; Complaints Handling; and Coaching Skills & Techniques.
Most of the Contact Centers I have run, have been certified and awarded several times from local and international specialized organizations in contact center business.
