I’m Eharam Efad, a marine engineer with a strong focus on disciplined work, technical clarity, and responsible leadership in every engineering decision. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with a wide range of vessel systems—mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automation—and these experiences taught me one core principle: proper engineering starts with understanding, not assumptions. I try to approach every situation by analyzing the system, identifying the real cause, and solving the issue with precision and integrity.

As the Co-Founder and Technical Director of Veins Marine Engineering Solution (VMES), I guide the technical side of our operations and stay actively involved with our engineering teams. My responsibility is not only to ensure that our repairs and troubleshooting are accurate, but also that our work reflects professionalism, safety, and long-term reliability. I believe technical work should speak for itself—not through promotion, but through consistency and quality.

Leadership, to me, means staying calm under pressure, reading complex situations intelligently, and supporting people with clear direction. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with modern marine technologies, because the maritime industry demands both experience and ongoing adaptation. I also value building strong professional relationships based on honesty, respect, and stable communication.
