Consultant, product manager, and Public Speaker in Helsinki Finland
Hello, I’m Emeka Ehinze! I live in Helsinki, Finland, and love to lead teams building extremely ambitious, high-impact moonshots around emerging technologies and/or in emerging markets (“emerging everything” is my favourite area to be working in).
Currently, I’m working on Retailloop, an AI-powered modern commerce and retail engine for emerging markets that helps large retailers and chain stores streamline their business operations.
I’m also supporting the team at Clooza as a Founding member, since I love their vision of providing local ecosystems to thrive, and am proud to help contribute to their mission.
My trajectory took a defining turn when i earned a coveted spot at the Dream VC Fellowship in London. This transformative experience equipped me with the tools and insights needed to navigate the intricate world of venture capitalism. Fuelled by these learnings, I ventured into the realm of early-stage investments, fostering the growth of promising startups through Africa Angel Academy.
However, my quest for knowledge knew no bounds. my hunger for learning led me to prestigious programs such as the Alibaba Netpreneur Program in China and the Wheeler Institute African Research Councillors Programme in the UK. These endeavours not only broadened my horizons but also honed my skills, positioning me as a frontrunner in Africa's tech ecosystem.
Beyond my professional endeavours, my impact reverberates throughout the African tech community. As a mentor at ADPList and a sought-after speaker at global tech conferences, I tirelessly nurture the next generation of innovators, imparting wisdom gleaned from my journey.
In my world, success isn't just about accolades—it's about the journey of creating exceptional user experiences, embracing triumphs, and learning from failures. My unwavering commitment to innovation and continuous improvement epitomises the spirit of Africa's tech revolution
